"My review isn't so much about the app as it is about the doctor I spoke with. I used the app to try to get help with food poisoning. She immediately jumped to a diagnosis of COVID-19, even though I have NONE of the major symptoms. When I tried to explain that to her, she wouldn't hear of it and insisted that I have the disease. So I went right out and got tested. Sure enough, NEGATIVE. Beware the doctors on this app Either they're trying to line their pockets with COVID money or just inept."

"Absolutely horrible. Excellent idea, abominable execution. I'm usually pretty adept at navigating apps - I'm in the "technologically-inclined" and "early adopter" boxes. This app, however, is simply unusable. It requires me to put in the same information several times. It tells me I've encountered an error but no explanation what it is or how to resolve it. After half an hour of trying to do basic things in it I gave up, called the doc and said "physical visits until you get a useful app""

"This is the worst app, and website for that matter, that I've ever used. I entered my information at least 10 different times, throughout the day and I just kept getting an error message when I got all the way to the end. I haven't been able to get an appointment after trying all day."

"After installing and navigating a few times I had my first video visit, all went smoothly,I have learned to use this app as my go to for appointments,medicines,doctors notes after visits, and test results. "App crashes and kicks you out occasionally. I have deleted and reinstalled 3 times. The other issue I have is unfortunately most of the time the doctors are unable to help or don't listen. Normally told to follow up with my regular doctor during normal hours or got to the ER for non-emergencies. I'm kinda disappointed and felt it is a waste of time. Won't use this app agian."
